What the facility offers...

The owners do their best to keep a horses' life natural and have created a heaven for horses and their riders!

Marvel in an 80 acre facility with miles of trails to enjoy! You can even ride all around the safety of the property and feel like you're trail riding for hours! Have fun riding amongst orchards and the play yard! And seeing foliage, lots of trees and grass! Nothing like an overcrowded boarding facility! This facility was built for the physical and mental well being of your horse.

Facility Includes

  • 200x300’ Lighted Riding Arena
  • Regulation size FULL LENGTH Dressage Court
  • 50' and 100’ Round Pens (all with wonderfully kept up footing! Water truck and everything!)
  • A very large play yard for the horses and their people!
  • Pastures for hours or all day turn outs
  • Wash rack
  • Tack up areas including tie rails and cross ties
  • Dressage United's own tack room/lounge
Facility

Stalls in Dressage United's barn:

12 x12 covered with either 12 x 24 or 12 x 36 paddock in back ($375)

Also available:

Pasture Stalls:

12 x12 covered awning, 50 x100 in size - enough room to comfortably fit two horses! ($350)

Included in your board (You get A LOT for your money!)

  • Feeding 2 times a day: Choice or combination of Alfalfa, Tef, or 3-way hay. (up to 4 flakes a day)
  • Fresh Water Always
  • Wormers every other month (rotation between Zimectrin, Strongid and Pryanatal)
  • Fresh shaving as needed (bedded very nicely with a level DG base)
    • For the
    Horse and Rider, Natural and Classical
  • Fly control (equitrol II - a supplement fed to all horses) in fly season
  • Stalls, Pasture Stalls and Turn Out Pastures cleaned once a day
  • Grain up to 4 pounds daily
  • At no extra cost, your horse can be put out in a pasture during the day.
  • 24 hour supervision on site
  • Blanketing when needed ($10 per week)
  • Supplements ($10 per week) - if not in a supplementing program with Dressage United
